"Everything was on point from the receptionist named Martha for she was always kind to me and the staff and housekeeping was on point I slept well despite the fact that I had to go to a funeral but otherwise it was okay"

"Unfortunately, the experience was mixed at best. I expect more from Wyndam hotels.However, several issues made the stay disappointing. The TV had a black line running through it, and the pool and Wi-Fi were not working when we checked in. The room itself appeared clean at first glance, but at closer inspection gunk on hardware in shower. Hot water ran out on my 2nd day at 9am & was inconvenient. The towels were heavily worn with frayed edges and no longer white, but grey and the sheets had stains. I had to request replacements. While staff eventually provided clean bedding, I had to make the bed myself. Service was also lacking. Staff seemed disengaged; at one point, someone was watching videos on their phone and didn’t even look up. Another issue was the room key policy despite there being two of us on different schedules, we were told they would only provide one key because they “only had enough keys for one person,” which was very inconvenient. Other concerns included cold, runny eggs at breakfast, a cigarette pack left on the gym floor, and visible stains in the interior hallways. There were a few positives: the exterior was well-lit, and the rooms had nice large windows for natural light. Overall, the dated and worn decor, the maintenance issues and lack of attentive service made this stay fall short. I hope the hotel improves these areas for future guests."

"Two-room option is the best with plenty of room and two tv sets. Plenty of illuminated parking space. Super friendly staff. Domingo was super attentive to detail."

"The hotel in general is good, my room was excellent, clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the breakfast service a little poor, but what I didn't like was that there was no hot water, it is difficult to bathe with cold water"

"We arrived for check-in at 3pm as stated on their website and per a phone call I had made earlier to confirm. They told us that our room would not be ready for 30 minutes to and hour and that they would call when it was ready. The hotel was under construction and very busy so we did give some grace considering. However, at 4pm no one had called and so we attempted to check in again. We were given keys to a room that had dirty towels on the bathroom floor, it had not been vacuumed, there was food all over the microwave and there was clumps of jelly on couch. We returned to the front desk and were given keys to another room. The room was dated but clean. "

"Elevators weren’t working, there’s no refrigerator or coffee machines or microwaves in the room, pretty basic rooms but it was just for one night so it was ok. "
