"There are probably 10 hotels on this exit, but I chose this hotel for one reason only; Gabby on your front desk!! I had stayed there a few months ago for the first time because you accepted pets. Gabby was great! So, this time I didn’t have a pet, but was hoping that Gabby was working so I could have the outstanding customer service she provided! When I walked through the doors, there she was with that big, warm smile! She actually recognized me and said “you’re back”!!! That put a big smile on my face! She wanted to know where my pup was hiding. It is so nice to have someone treat you so kind and professional when you’ve been on the road all day. The hotel is really, really good, breakfast is top notch, but Gabby makes everything about your establishment great!!!!! "

"The staff, the spacious room & the entrance and lobby area is AMAZING! I wish I would have booked the night before to enjoy a little more time! My husband and I enjoyed the pub & the alley bar! Good atmosphere filled with laughter and friendly waitress! Have to find a reason to come back! "

"I was only here for one night. However, It was a clean stay. Receptionist was friendly and nice. I smelled the cleaning products when I walked into the room. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great night. "
