Given this hot weather the ac was able to get the room very cool for sleeping. The bed and bed clothes with pillows were all perfect. Staff was great, everything is very clean. Definitely a strong recommend.
Was greeted by the hotel staff with such niceness. They were very welcoming and helped us find where we could eat in town. They stayed up front that there was a hot water issue but a plumber was working on it. The room was so nice. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were nice and soft. Everything was fabulous except for no way to use the kitchenette. Absolutely nothing was provided, which doesn't make any sense for people who are traveling from other states.
I can't say enough good things about the Whiskey Mansion Inn. The house is gorgeous, it's been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are lovely. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, but it was also exquisitely decorated with excellent attention to detail. The Inn owner was gracious and welcoming, and gave us thoughtful recommendations for seeing the town. His lunch recommendation ended up being the best pizza we've ever had! If you are going to St. Joe, STAY HERE!
This was our first experience with a B&B and this property did not disappoint. For a house that is over 130 years old it was very comfortable even the bed lines were luxurious. It was a hot weekend in St Joe and I had concerns about the A/C but the lower level of the house had central air and our room had a window unit that was more than adequate and even quiet.
