I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!

The rooms were clean and the service great. The room had a number of visual defects that could have used fixing to make the hotel stay perfect. Wall paper was scrunched up in the corner by the shower and grout lines broken in the bathroom. The room is fantastic at first glance, just minor defects that could have used made it flawless. I would stay again.

It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. Every time I walked past the front desk, no matter who's the clerk was they greeted me and asked me how my day was going. The customer service was amazing. This was a very refreshing stay. Staff were friendly. We used the free shuttle service to and from airport during snow days. It was very helpful.

Front desk staff and valet attendants were very friendly and helpful. Valet option was great since downtown parking was scarce since there were 2 TSO concerts at T-Mobile Center. Valet attendant was very helpful giving me best route to take to concert. Didn't use any of the amenities.

The accessibility to a variety of food places! The hotel is attached to a five guys and there is a Subway, Pita Pit, iHop and a few more really close!
