"When my wife and I entered our room, it appeared clean enough, until I wanted to shower. Room service left us with only ONE soiled bath towel. No washcloths. No hand towels. No other bath towels. I went to the office to get more towels and washcloths. They gave me a washcloth that was soiled and gray (not clean white ) on one of the corners. It was so disgusting I took photos. The coffee maker was restocked with coffee, but room service did not leave a single coffee cup in the room to drink out of."

"The rooms were nice, and clean, but those beds are horribly firm. I had to switch to a different hotel across town after the first night, I couldn't sleep. I stay in alot of hotels, and have never had beds like this, including at other courtyard and standard Marriott locations. "

"the breakfast was probably one of the worst i have ever had in a restaurant. cold eggs, tasteless sausage, over ripe fruit."

"The pillows were like cardboard and the room needs to be ozoned or have the carpet replaced to get rid of the pet smell. Otherwise, it was good hotel room, and we will be back but bring our own pillows."

"Room doors do not close all the way, can see daylight through the doors. Shower was not clean and there was no hot water. "
