"I booked a standard double room months ago and needed the two beds in one room. When we arrived after a 9 hour drive, they had oversold the double rooms and didn’t have any rooms left with two beds. I had to find another hotel with double rooms still available. The staff was very helpful in trying to find a room that would work for us. And they didn’t give me any problems when I had to cancel my reservation."

"Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff acted as if they had never checked anyone in before, went down twice to eat breakfast,the first time at 6:15 and it wasn’t even open yet, no one around! The second time was at 7:15 and they were open but all that was available was coffee! Went back to the room packed up and went back down to check out and no one was at the desk. Found them outside smoking cigarettes! We stay at Super 8 quite a bit, and this was by far the worst stay ever!"

"The room was filthy. Is it really that hard to wipe down dirty areas of the walls, the corners of the floors and behind and under the bed? Or cleaning underneath the shelves in the shower. Come on Baymont, do better! Make sure the people you're hiring to clean, actually know how to clean!"

"The location was 4 miles west of where the Expedia map pin showed, the address listed was correct however. The long entry road is hidden behind a gas station and there is no signage so I went past it. Everything else was perfect. Looks like a brand new hotel and staff was great. Bed, tv, ice machine, chairs, bathroom fixtures, etc all look brand new and spotless. I overslept the 6am-9am breakfast as the bed was so comfortable."
