"This was a terrible experience. We stayed one night. We were told it was $170 a night, we arrived an hour early and was charged $30. Then the next morning we called the front desk to see if we could check out at 2pm instead of 11am, and we were told it was fine, but we had to pay an extra $20. Which we agreed to. Then when we went to check out, the man at the desk was trying to charge us for 2 entire days. We then we're charged an extra $50 the next day with no reason or explanation. No ice machine. Dirty furniture and burn holes in the sheets. Only one vending machine and it was sold out of everything. No breakfast. After staying one night, we collectively paid $270. The employees sleep in cots by the front desk which was off-putting, and I didn't encounter a single pleasant employee. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. "

"Amazing room!!! We got a bedroom and sitting room with a cute little kitchenette. This was so very family friendly. We could make sandwiches and watch movies with our grandchildren. This was so clean and well maintained. We will use this place again!!!"

"The room, staff, and breakfast were absolutely amazing! I was a little disappointed that the hottub was out of order and that the pool was green. Other than that, i would definitely stay here again"

"The room had some insects and the chalking and paint on the bathroom ceiling was not good. No breakfast was provided The room was not cleaned even though I stayed two days. "

"Our stay was a quick two night stay for my son’s music audition at Jacob’s. Check in and out was smooth, staff pleasant and breakfast/24hr coffee was nice. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a good location between Jacob’s and other parts of town you’ll want to see. We will be back if this (Bloomington, Indiana) is where the universe puts our son. "

"When I booked the hotel it says that it has a pool and hot tub. I chose this location for my kids to have fun and swim. When we arrived there was no hot tub and a quarter of the pools ceiling was falling down. It was open but not at all safe to let the kids swim. The kids and I were very disappointed."
