Made the reservation online a couple days ahead of our trip. I called the hotel the morning we left to verify our reservation was still in effect and informed the desk that we would be getting a late start, therefore would be arriving after midnight. We arrived at the hotel at around 1:45am to find the desk clerk ready for our check in. Very friendly and accommodating with no hassles! Which was exactly what I needed after driving 8 hours in a snow storm! Great job!

Recently opened so obviously everything was new. The rooms are extra spacious and the new organization is the best I have encountered in a HI-Express. Location is close to restaurants and Kroger, etc. The only negative room issue was the blinking light on the smoke alarm which beamed like a ship's lighthouse (as mentioned by other guests). Such an incredible hotel, we are so happy we stayed!!! The pool was amazing. Our room had an AC issue and we were taken care of immediately. If nothing else, it made us more impressed! Great breakfast, the coffee was good. Couldn’t ask for more! If we head in this direction again, we WILL be staying here. Might even make a trip this way just to have another great night. Thank you for being part of our cross-country drive!!!
