"First room had tv on and bed sheets roiled up. Next room had bed sheets rolled up Finally took room on 2nd floor. Room entrance light didn’t work."

Wifi did not work upon arrival, no hot water when i tried to shower after waking up, topped off with no coffee in the morning or cups and lids and everyone just stands there to watch the struggle not a comment concern or care in the world! "

"Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling."

"This was our first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The pool was dirty, breakfast was cold, and the juice machine was out of service. There was even a rat trap with peanut butter next to the fridge, which was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty as well. We were in town visiting our son at the Air Force base, and this stay really put a damper on our trip. Hopefully, if we ever choose to stay here again, the experience will be much better."
