"Parking was plentiful the rooms were clean but the pool was not clean. After the kids jumped in stuff started floating around..Hope they dont get sick from it..Also the front door sounds like its going to fall of the track but at least the elevator was working. It was very quiet there usually its noisy at night. Ladt time I stayed there I asked how you join the choice rewards and the front desk person told me he would help me with that but never did..This time the front desk person was at the desk when the elevator door opened and I was going to ask her about it and she disappeared before I got to the desk. No one was out there at the desk..When I walked out the door she was outside smoking a cigarette..I been staying here since 1988 but wonder if I should just start staying with family. "

"I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room tv did not work or connect to devices. There was an odor in the hallway and the room. At breakfast time there was no coffee available at all. There was a sign saying no decaf, but there actually was nothing. The breakfast food was limited. I'm not sure how it was rated so highly on the site. I was very disappointed."

"The Econo Lodge in Beckley was lovely, we were late arriving but were met by a friendly staff member who was very helpful. The rooms were spotless, very clean bathrooms and beds, pillows fresh and comfortable. The next morning we had a quick free breakfast to get us going. There was a good variety and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you. "

"Breakfast was frozen food from GFS. No fruit. Room seemed okay but smelled bad. Most everything else was dirtyy. Trash on the floors, cleaning roo.s open, etc. Kids ran the halls all night. Staff is friendly but there was not enough to keep up with the very full hotel."
