The room was so comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for our short 2 day stay. We also really enjoyed the area near the firepit. A nice, cozy area to unwind with plenty of comfortable seating. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much to Katie for making sure we got accommodated, even though we came past midnight already and were told there were "overbooking" issues. We originally booked one room with 2 king size beds but were told it was given away. Katie called other partner hotels to try to book us but was declined. I enjoyed my time here, clean hotel... but the location right next to a road with very noisy revving cars is a disadvantage. I woke up several times just from that.

I was on an overnight trip for business. Place is new. Only cleanliness issue was shower grout. Could have been better. Most rentals are like that though.

Great place!!

It’s a very good location and the place is very clean. I’ll definitely come there again. Wish the breakfast has more proteins other than that everything is good.

We had to travel a few extra minutes to get away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte to enjoy peace and quiet but it was worth it. It looked to me like this Courtyard had been recently updated and we enjoyed our stay.

I was greeted by Sam front desk great customer service

I stayed at this property from Wednesday 12/28-12/22/24. I arrived early expecting to eait until 3pm to check in but the lovey lady at the front desk checked in on right away. She was professional and friendly. She recommended some local events closeby. The pool was in good condition and the hot tub was amazinb The grounds was beautiful. The room was updated, clean and equip with everything we would need for our 4 day stay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We will be making this out christmas...

The black out blinds were stuck. Besides that great place.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff and clean . Only complaint is clean the air conditioner, other than that highly recommended and enjoyed.

The parking was spacious and well lite. The staff at the reception desk was very professional and helpful. But the best part was the room. Clean, comfortable and inviting. Very well kept facility.

Friendly staff- clean rooms! I’d definitely stay again!

Great helpful and cheerful staff. The breakfast was better than expected and the Bar special and bartender Brena we’re equally nice. Thanks

Clean rooms with friendly staff. Ruby Tuesday in front of hotel parking lot.

Traveling all day it was a relief to be able to check in with Dylan at a the front desk. He was professional and pleasant. Our room was what we had asked for, and even better. Breakfast the next morning was good. The excellence of the Hampton got us on the road feeling relaxed and well rested.

Best bed I've ever slept in.... Incredible. The room was perfect... Spotless and new. The breakfast was as good as it gets for any hotel I've stayed in. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.
