My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We came in by Amtrak on Friday and lft Sunday however we found out there is no transporation on Sunday. We called the front desk to ask if they knew of any way to get us back to Amtrak. Candi who works the front desk tried to find us trasportation however none was available. Candi after completeing her shift waited for us in the hotel lobby to let us know she would be taking us to Amtrak. We look forward to returning however we will pick another day other...

Hotel was booked as part of a group outing. We had previously used this property and knew that this would be the right choice again. I was surprised yet pleased with the precautions taken due to COVID-19. Rooms are cleaned before arrival but not during the stay. But they made it easy to bag you towels each morning and have a new set waiting at your door when you return. Breakfast was limited as to not create any health risks but still adequate. Hotel staff was pleasant and great to work with.

Lovely, relaxing spa trip with another couple. Service was excellent. My only disappointment is that some dining options were not available during the offseason on weekdays, and the lobby bar was closed, but the quiet and lack of crowds made up for it. We walked into town rather than hike the trails because the weather wasn't conducive, and the path is easily traveled. We upgraded our room to face the front of the hotel rather than the mountain for $20 per night. The Hotels.com site doesn't...

This is a very special hotel! The rooms are very clean and updated very tastefully! The rooms are worth twice what they are charging! The staff make you feel just as comfortable as the rooms. I was very happy to stay there for about a week. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in different types of towns and cities and this placed surprised me, I was not expecting soo much for what I paid. Thank you!

Very nice campground. We only stayed a single night as we were traveling from Ohio to NC. The economy cabin accommodated the 4 of us fine and the bathrooms were easily accessible and very clean. I would look to stay here again if I was up that way again. Also, a side note is that the campground is very close to the Flight 93 memorial in Shanksville. It is a must visit place to remember the events of 911 and pay tribute to the heroes and mourn for those lost. I glad we stopped for sure.
