Hotels in West Peoria

This property was unique because of 1 person, Willie at the front desk! He hands down is the BEST associate at any hotel we've ever stayed at! And we travel all the time. This time the circumstances were not pleasure, but he sure did make us feel welcome like family and comfortable to be there! Being in customer service leadership for many years I would definitively keep my eye on him, he is a true assest to your company, Willie is what the hospitality industry is all about, so many others...

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff!

Chek-in and check out were very good, the room is spacious and clean, good bed excellent shower. Breakfast buffet with omelette station was great for $10 bucks .... I didn't realize that it was not included when I booked on expedia...but very good quality an variety. The hotel is new and looks great, houskeeping was very good, the location is walking distance from new shopping area.

My husband and I our 4 kids ranging from 20-14 and my mil stayed in 2 double rooms with river view. The staff was nice, quick check in, super clean rooms, pool area had lots of different seating to watch the kids swim. The back outside sitting area was great to sit at in the evening by the river and we even saw some fireworks from the baseball game when it was over. Great hotel with breakfast included. Place was great! Staff was nice! Was offered a corner upper room, it was wonderful! The downtown area at night is a little sketchy, but all in all the hotel was great!

The courtyard was great but buildings in the neighborhood looked a little warn. It would’ve been nice to walk somewhere for a coffee or lunch. Even though hotels offered great options, it would be nice to have options and be able to explore city on foot.

We enjoyed our stay, The room was very nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit local family. Simply amazing. We love the location and the staff. Very clean and great breakfast. Never had one issue.

This was a very pleasant stay. Friendly, helpful staff; reasonable price; clean room; comfortable bed; excellent water pressure in shower; quiet; conveniently located; good variety at breakfast. The only potential 'problem' was with the TV in the bedroom; however, we had a suite and watched television in the living room area.

We were a family of 17, we have not seen each other since the lockdown. We came from 4 different States and met here. ANDREA was incredible to us. She was so kind and helpful, she deserves a 10 single handedly. No breakfast, no pool due to guidelines, but plenty of room, rooms are huge, for us to enjoy our time together.

Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic for the wait as there was an issue with the previous guest checking in. One woman at breakfast was very friendly and funny. Great way to start my day. Not only did we have two beds in our room but we had two rooms which was nice.

Check in and check out were easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I was impressed! It worked very well for our family (including our dog). We stayed there on a social night (they have them Monday-Wednesday) so ended up getting some yummy FREE dinner! Will definitely stay there again.
