Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property, great amenities. Only complaint is Zac’s restaurant was very Americanized and not Spanish food. Seemed to be menu for tourists. Our suite was also on the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up stairs which was not ideal. Other than that, everything was great. Lovely property close to the beach and nice pool and pool bar. My son enjoyed the kid’s club"
"Resort is an excellent place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Costa del Sol. The amenities are amazing, and the staff is equal to the task at every level. The rooms are beautifully decorated as is the lobby and the pool area as well as a beautifully manicured gardens. The main restaurant is called Manero and it appears that it is a separately owned and managed entity from the Don Carlos team. Although beautifully designed, It would’ve been ideal if the Manero establishment provided the same kind of attentive and preferential service to hotel guests as they do to those reserving from outside. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend the Dan Carlos Hotel two anyone looking for an excellent and unforgettable experience!"
"The food was exemplary with so much choice and really delicious salads, fruit, pastries etc. The room was cool, clean and quiet with a nice balcony. The swimming pool was a delight. Overall a lovely place to stay, would visit again."
"The hotel is a perfect location , really comfy beds , nice size rooms and bathroom .
Nice roof top bar and plunge pool.
The only complaint I’d have about the hotel is the condition of the sofas and pool area seats .
Sadly marked in areas assuming this is due to sun cream .
And the seating was damp on an evening due to day time use from the pool .
Other than that a lovely stay ."
"Loved having a balcany overlooking the water. Lots of different activities available as well as restaurants and bars. Some of the pool hours were a little limited and the dinner buffet wasn't worth the price but there are many local restaurants near by"
