The property is clean and calm. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from the castle.
The manager, Anthony, was very polite and helpful in all our needs, even helped to fix our car. Very pleasant stay.

Iris and BJ were wonderful hosts. In advance of our visit we communicated about our diet (vegan family) and they were able to provide us a nice breakfast every morning. We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours.
Lovely hotel in the walled city of Carcassone. Great setup for parking since you can't park in the city. They have a special parking lot where you leave your car and they have car service to pickup you and your luggage and deliver you to the hotel. Private event in their dining room when we were there but they made reservations for us in a lovely restaurant a few door down (Comte Roger) and was one of the best of our trip. Lots of restaurants and shops within the walled city. Great...
We had a wonderful time Villa Carcassonne. The host Dominic was amazing. On the way over, he accommodated my request to have a room change. He served a very nice breakfast and made reservations for us at a great restaurant for dinner. The room was nice and comfortable. We had plenty of onsite parking.
Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. The hotel is just outside of Carcassonne and in perfect walking distance to the old city. The hosts were very attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques.
The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer.
Wonderful quiet hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Perfect for families, couples, and larger groups. We were there with our daughters and we really loved our stay. The room was incredibly quiet, with separate AC units in each bedroom, separate TV, and fast internet. The breakfast is just amazing: great variety of great, homemade, food. We had dinner at the restaurant below the rooms and the food was really good and very reasonably priced.

Nice restaurants within driving distance, but not walking district. Hotel located in what has become over the years a somewhat industrial area. Originally, it was in the countryside.
We had a great stay here. Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast options were substantial. The bar and restaurant were good and reasonably priced. And we really appreciated having a pool to enjoy on a hot day. I would certainly stay here again.
