One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! The place is beautiful and the owners were amazing!! I stayed there just one night with my wife and kids to watch a stage of the Tour de France, and they were so helpful!! I hope to get back tjhere someday to stay longer.
We had an absolutely divine overnight stay at the Chateau de Sacy while visiting the Champagne region of France. The hotel and room were impeccably decorated and the service was top tier. I highly recommend staying at the hotel for dinner as it was one of the best meals during our trip to France. We were only there for one night but wished that we could stay a week. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I really hope to be back some day!
It was a really nice stay - comfortable, welcoming, quiet and clean. There was an issue with a window closure in my room, the receptionist gave us a different room/an upgrade that had a coffee machine and a bottle of water. Thank you for your welcome!

It was a quick stay for us. I booked the hotel last minute and got there at around 8:30-9. Check in was a bit weird as there wasn’t anyone at the main entrance/desk/lobby so I called hotels.com to get me in touch with someone from the property. A young girl came out to give us the key. Unfortunately because of the language barrier I couldn’t understand much. She gave me keys and told me where breakfast would be served. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we left early the next morning. Beautiful hotel, pricey but impeccable. Tinqueux itself is not a particularly interesting neighborhood (and Reims is a somewhat gritty city too quite frankly) but the hotel is lovely. If you're going to Champagne you won't find a better place to stay.
