"Simple, clean room, perfect for a layover in Heathrow. Extremely convenient for travel in- and out of terminal 3 but also, once you find your way around the massive airport, easily accessible from the other terminals (free train).
Our flight was severely delayed and we were tired and hungry - although there aren’t any real food options at the hotel, we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, helping us out with (free) cookies and crisps (chips)."

They were right in saying I would be too warm and need to open a window and I had to trust the process lol. Staff was so lovely and friendly.
