Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I was able to park outside the room. The courtyard area was a bit dark but that's what cell phone flashlights are for! Reception was open when we checked in. Lady on reception was friendly. We left the room key in the box at reception when we left. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Location was close to main street which was easily walkable. There were no breakfast facilities at the hotel but we drove a few miles to the Kafe Koala in Kennett...

Not an issue - there was a provided phone/whatsapp number for the staff who picked up right away and was on-site anyways. Loved the new renovations, including the new heating/lighting in the bathroom - welcome features as we visited during winter. The villas are on a steep Mountain, at first it was a little scary driving up. The grounds have a beautiful, country forest feeling, and the view to ocean is amazing. You can watch sunrise from bed or porch. There are various types of colorful birds which land on your porch. Overall quite amazing. Only drawback is the distance to the beach, it's not walking distance - and about a 10 minute drive. However if you are in a mountain you can't have everything, and there is still the ocean...
