The hotel was lovely, very clean & felt luxurious. The staff were friendly, courteous & helpful, breakfast was nice and the amenities & hotel overall were great. We were there during a hot period in Summer & while the air conditioning in the room was adequate, the common areas & hallways got very hot & uncomfortable at times throughout the day - due to a lack of air conditioning in some of those spaces. We were also there over a public holiday & were extremely disappointed at the price-gouging...
