"The ladies at the front desk and Juanita at breakfast were phenomenal—their customer service truly goes above and beyond. We stayed in a suite-style room, which worked great, especially with the microwave and mini fridge (there was also a mini stove, though we didn’t use it). We were in Mexico City to run errands at the embassy, and the location was perfect—very walkable, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. It’s also the area where I felt the safest.
