"Was originally supposed to stay here for two nights but extended our stay for another three nights. The hotel is a beautiful design and the free bikes mean it is quite easy to get to the beach or centre of Tulum in 15-20 minutes. Everything felt brand new. Nice gym and rooftop pool too. We loved our stay here, would definitely visit again. Some minor points: breakfast can be confusing as when we were there some days coffee and fruit was out, but other days it wasn't. Also the bikes are a bit rickety but they do the trick!"
"Everything was perfect! I would absolutely recommend this place in a heartbeat! Everything was easily accessible and within reasonable reach! The staff is very friendly."
"It’s a good hotel but to me the bed was too soft. There is no coffee maker in the room making a little challenge for me. Otherwise the staffs on roof top restaurant were very nice and helpful. The pool on the roof top is good too. "
"Beautiful decor in the lobby area- however:
Our room was smaller than a dorm room with a shotty Murphy bed as hard as a rock. The pool was ice cold with a view of unfinished abandon building. Breakfast and service was good.
Hotel charges a “destination fee” which adds significantly to your room stay cost and it’s just pure profit and false advertising that it’s not disclosed when you book but just added on when you check in. Not a value and would never stay again. Location is ok."
