The Zocalo Central was amazing. Free abundant breakfast at the charming rooftop restaurant plus hearty snacks and beer 24/7. The room was quiet and beautiful. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. I called the morning of flight and was told a shuttle would arrive at 1:00 am it did not and I had to call again and then he arrived 20 minutes after 1:00. Your process needs to be improved
Nice and modern hotel about 10 min drive from the airport. Pleasantly surprising for the price. Not sure about neighborhood, but it met our goal to be near airport for early morning flight. They have free shuttle to the airport 24/7, that leaves every 30 min. Check/in and check/out was easy. As a mom traveling alone with my two young adult daughters, this place was a safe, comfortable and conveniently located to explore around the Zocalo area. Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...

We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until the time we left! The entire hotel is sparkling clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our request and needs. Breakfast and fresh juice in the morning was a plus! My only con would be location for me. We spent most of our time in Roma Norte so a 10 minute Uber ride ended up being 25 minutes due to big city traffic.Also there’s a crack of space under the bathroom door so you can hear EVERYTHING.
