Wish there were more amenities in room such as complimentary water bottles, bathrobes and slippers. Our mattresses were a bit stiff which was surprising for a 4-star property. But definitely recommend. "

"There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend "
