"Loved everything about our stay at the Quincy Hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. It was a relaxing and place to come back to after a full day out exploring Singapore, and I'd definitely choose the Quincy again on future trips!"

"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "Stayed for 9 nights, my room was very well maintained and the housekeeping staff were great, nothing missed and very considerate. Reception staff provided great service at check in and with any enquiries during my stay. The breakfast was really lovely, so much to choose from for every guest from all different countries, The restaurant staff were all very charming, helpful and efficient... well done!"

"Great week-long stay at the Grand Copthorne. The room had a great view and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We used the car service from the airport and it was excellent - easy to find our driver and a seamless transition to the hotel. The beds/pillows are on the firmer side. We loved the breakfast - so many delicious options! Try to go early in the morning because it gets busy. The location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Havelock metro station, 10 minutes to the Great World...

"we had an amazing stay. the ckeck-in was quick, janet at the reception was very helpful. the location was perfect. close to Singapura Mall, train/subway,bus stops was very near. Lots of restaurants in the area. check-out was just amazing the Manager assisted us in getting a ride. rooms was just the right size for us. bed was comfortable,pillows were great. bathroom was nice. complimentary water was given everyday"

"Hotel well located right next to the Singapore river with it's walkway for an evening stroll and dinner along its path; the Hop-on Hop-off yellow route bus terminal is located across the street for easy access via walkway bridge, if only planning on visiting Gardens by the Bay and Sands a Taxi will be cheaper and more time efficient. Taxi from hotel to Airport, 30 minute and about $27 US dollars. The staff were superb!!! accomodating and always ready to assist, will stay here if ever in...
