"The staff were excellent, I arrived at 1500, the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good too. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a shop over the road and a decent selection of restaurants and takeaways in the area. It was also very ideally located to get into Stockholm, being right next to the SL tube, in about 25mins. I'd stay here again and would bring my family."

"Our second stay at Hotel Rival and, just like the first time (more than 10 years ago), it was excellent. The hotel is doing something right to be able to maintain such high standards over many years. The breakfast buffet is still one of the best we ever had; the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely square in front of the hotel. On our first stay, in December, they sold Christmas trees, and this time, in May, there was a second hand market. Rooms have high quality beds with pillow...
