The atmosphere was very warm and family-like, especially during dinner, which is available on request and felt more like a shared meal among friends than a restaurant experience. "The hotel needs an update. It is adequate if you need to crash but it is not the 4 star comfort that you would expect, very dated and cheap decor. Also, in the summer, it can get pretty hot as there is no a/c. The pool and staff are very professional and nice. "

"Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out."

"Small but friendly hotel in the centre of a medieval village. Set in a very narrow street yet unaffected by noise, while the room did not enjoy a view per se, opening the Juliet balcony allowed you a great insight into the heart of French village life. The room was well appointed, scrupulously cleaned and maintained.Muriel the owner/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for four nights and would recommend it to anyone. Parking was in a free public car park three minutes walk...
