The owner goes beyond in making sure gusta are having a nice time, even sharing part of her culture etc. rooms are great and dinner was excellent. "Spacious, modern and clean - had a perfect stay"

"A lovely, quiet, family-run hotel in Huashan, 3km from the hustle and bustle of Xingping old town. Google Maps location is not correct, so here are the coordinates to help you find it: 24.9269990, 110.5008000. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Free pick-up from Yangshuo was perfect. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioning works well and bed is comfy. Chinese breakfast is huge and very tasty (noodle soup, sweet potato, fried egg, fresh fruit). Western option also available. "I could not find this hotel - it was not at the advertised location. Had to stay elsewhere. Also could not be found on local taxi apps and the area is under massive construction and development..."

"Amazing hotel with a unique sense of vibe and scenery. A bit pricey but well worth the experience in my opinion. I'm from Singapore and stayed there with my family, not really for young children though."

"Wonderful location, great scenery and lovely staff. The pool is a good size and great after a busy day sightseeing. The onsite restaurant is also very good."

"They speak English, French and Spanish, what is really helpful and helps to feel comfortable. More of that, the boss and all the staff pay very well attention to us and helped us a lot to discover Yangshuo !"

"Very modern renovated hotel. Very pleased and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for foreign tourists."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. There are many options in Yangshuo but most of them are on busy roads. Ancient Village is nestled in beautiful gardens that are immaculately maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful recommending and booking activities. Included breakfast is a bonus (not buffet style but a reasonable range of options that are freshly prepared)."
