"The property/room is huge as how it was described . They just need to provide kitchen hand towels , more bathroom towels paper towel would be great to have . Clean bedroom , air-conditioning is great . At least 6 people can fit in the property comfotably . I like the area . I highly recommend this property"

"Peaceful, comfortable and grand in scale. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice and many items cooked to order. It is a way from the Old / French quarters, but there is a free shuttle bus that runs 4 times a day and Grab fares to and fro are not excessive. Some good local dining options. "Pros: very friendly lady at the breakfast, amazing pho I still remember! Friendly stuff as well. They do laundry as well. Close to a huge shopping mall Lotte. Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city). "

Everything was communicated clearly through text by staff which made the checking in process very smooth.
