We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

Our stay at SkyCity Hotel was phenomenal! We arrived hours before our check-in, but luckily there was a room that was readily available that they were able to give us. We were able to leave our luggage with the concierge while we went to a breakfast spot across the street that they had recommended. Great location for shopping and food options. We didn’t rent a car, but a lot of places were within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Very happy with our stay here. Great location on the Viaduct Harbour. Very luxurious facilities, on the level of Grand Hyatt or JW Mariott. They have nice spa facilities and gym that are accessible to all guests. Their spa services were wonderful as well.

Great stay with convenient shuttle to airport.

Location is prime--restaurants, shopping and close to interesting places. Very happy with our stay at this hotel especially that the harbor is nearby.The staff are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives who loves to travel. I'm pretty sure we will be staying in this hotel next time we travel to Auckland.

Perfect stay for a quick recovery from a long travel day. Clean with air conditioning they was sorely needed in a warm humid night.

I chose this hotel because I knew parking would be easy and affordable for an overnight stay. Copthorne is not one of the flash new hotels in central Auckland but it's in good condition, clean and comfortable (OK, maybe the bed was almost too soft). The shower was terrific, the TV had a good selection of channels, and service was friendly. It was also very good value and, if you get a room on the side away from the street, the views of the harbour and the Domain are beautiful.

Clean room. You’re right in the city center. Good price.
