"The hotel was absolutely amazing! The views on top of the town of Grindelwald from the hotel were spectacular - mountain views galore! Breakfast café had windows overlooking the mountains also, and the food was varied and delicious. Our room was upgraded -larger, with a frig and view. The only downside was the hotel was above town, so the walk down was steep, and the way back seems impossibly steep!"

We arrived at our hotel hours before our check in and we are surprise that the staff let us checked in early and upgraded our room which have the best view, spacious and comfotable. The breakfast was really amazing as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. "

"Third generation family run property with very friendly innkeepers. Offered a solid breakfast with everything you could want but no eggs or breakfast meat. I didn’t miss them. Interior is cozy and charming. My balcony had such an amazing view of Witterhorn Mountain, I didn’t want to leave my room! Location is perfect, away from the touristy center of town but still walkable to everything. Can’t recommend the place enough."
