Friendly and helpful staff that spoke excellent English. Great pool and spa pool/cold plunge. Enjoyed the buffet dinner. Beds was most comfortable great pillows and fully black out blinds!!! "My wife and I arrived a little bit early to check in but the lovely helpful lady at reception took out luggage aside and we went for a walk in the nearby peace park. The room was a good size for a Japanese hotel room with all the expected facilities. We went up to the Onsen, which while basic was perfect for a quick deep clean. The free post dip ice-creams were most welcome as was the free wasking machine and cheap dryer. There were plenty of ice machines around the place too. There is a free...
