"Building is shared with another hotel so quite confusing when entering the location for shared taxi as it shows up as something else. The property is pretty nice but has a strong smell in the lobby which I guess is geared for a Zen experience. "

The location is excellent, center of Tianhe, with lots of eating options and the best and most modern malls and shopping centers just steps away. 100% recommended. The breakfast was simple but good, both western and asian options. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the check-in speed—it was done in just 2 minutes, which was a huge relief after a long trip. The front desk staff were polite and attentive; they made sure I knew how to use the room’s AC and even offered extra towels. The room was clean and tidy all around—no stains on the bedspread, a fresh-smelling bathroom, and a clutter-free nightstand. I had a very comfortable stay!"

"Large and comfortable apartment. There is some building work going on but this did not affect our stay at all. The location is great - very close to the metro and shopping malls. I would stay again. "

"Overall the hotel hardwear is very decent and new. But the surrounding environment is not good, there are Karaoke, Snooker, Clubs around the hotel. I choose this hotel because of the parking lot underground and EV charger there but when i checked in i realized that all the chargers are not working!! The staff is good enough to call the facility management to ask about the charger but the reply is that the chargers wont be fixed until next year 😇"

"The location is good but not on a main road so taxi and Didi drivers found it hard to find. Hotel staff did not speak much english so be patient to use the app. Toilet paper cannot be flushed and I found out the hard way and hotel smells of mould esp in hallways. Love the free tea and snacks. Staff were always very polite on greeting and love the room slippers. They put me across the hall from utility closet and laundry so loved the 5-6am wake up call lol. "
