"I stayed for 1 week with the family. Staff was friendly and receptive. The hotel is right on the beach. I was kindly given access to the solarium/roof area eventhough it was close to the public during my staying. Breakfast was good and had fresh fruit, bread and cheese in addition to freshly baked pastries. Parking is available but not free; it is possible to find a spot in the neighbourhood but not raccommanded due to concerns about street flooding during thunderstorms. We had one dinner in...

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is incredibly calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. All of the staff were lovely, but a special mention goes to the hotel manager and the owner, who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. "La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. "Cannedi Farms was a wonderful oasis right in the middle of the city of Avetrana. The place looks to have been completely remodeled and its gorgeous! Beautiful high ceilings, modern appliances and a killer roofdeck with wet bar and outdoor shower. "We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B.
