The staff was very friendly and helpful! the room was just around the corner from the reception desk which was convenient. At times in the evening we could hear a bit of noise . The breakfast was very good! The only compliant is this hotel is on the Eastside which made our travels to the central area a long way (for us) to travel. One must walk a few blocks to get the tram and then travel about 20 to 30 minutes to get around where all the good restaurants are and cancel rides, museums. ...
The hotel was clean and quiet. Conveniently located close to a tram stop. Only negative thing is they don’t have a ramp for luggages and stroller. You have to carry your luggage a few flight of stairs going into the lobby
My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.
The hotel is close enough to several very good restaurants and pubs. The locals were very friendly and accommodating and we were able to try a number of local cuisines.
The tram is across the street and a very short ride to the city center.
This is a funky hotel for travellers who are looking for something a bit different than the typical chain hotel. The decor is funky and stylish, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
The staff were wonderful and allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room for free. The rooftop hot tub and sauna were a nice amenity.

Tout a été parfait ! La chambre était très propre. La cuisine était grande, très bien équipée. La résidence était très calme et à 10 mns à pied de la gare, elle même, a 5 mns de la gare centrale d'Amsterdam. En plus, il y a des consignes qui permettent de laisser les bagages pour la dernière journée et profiter encore.
Tout est vraiment bien pensé pour qu'on passe un bon séjour.
