"AMAZING STAY! Run by a very cute and welcoming family. They are the 6th generation to run a Ryokan here in this 300 year old building. They are excellent hosts. They serve delicious dinners and breakfasts. The dishes and bowls they use are pieces of art in themselves. The property is full of interesting and skilfully made antiques. "The staff at the hotel were excellent in their professionalism and helpfulness. The facilities were as you’d expect in a budget hotel, providing pyjamas, hair brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, razor, cotton buds, hairdryer etc. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel. The only negative is that the decor is dated, but that can add a little something extra to your stay to be honest. Our room, 318, had a great view of Mt Fuji."

"少し建物は古いのか、部屋は鍵タイプ。本館と別館でお値段が300円程差があり、本館の方が高かったです。別館利用でしたが、本館に移る際に雨が降ってると屋根付きの渡り廊下が無いので大変ですね。お部屋の壁紙も剥がれていましたけど、気にしなければ大丈夫です。朝食は、いつものルートインクオリティで美味しく頂きました。また、機会が有れば利用したいと思います。"
