"Wonderful staff at the front desk. Always willing to help. Always friendly. Beds are super comfortable, probably the most comfortable in town. They also have quite a variety of rooms so if your travel is a load you could have just a small room for your traveling with more. They have larger rooms available. I love this hotel. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return! "
