"Wonderful staff and hotel "

"The hotel is next to the metro station (5 min walk). It has nice rooms and a very good breakfast included in the room price. Be aware that they have two different buildings. The main building has most of the rooms and a restaurant, and has an elevator. The second building is across the street. It has only 4 or 6 rooms, two floors, and no elevator. I was not aware of the second building when making a reservation. There is no description in the reservation that the room is located in a separate...

"This hotel is ideally located near the old town and to the Charles Bridge. The rooms are large and well appointed; the breakfast was plentiful. Staff were very, very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it."

"Very comfortable rooms, close to public transportation with easy access to old town and Wenceslas square. There is a pub on the ground floor but honestly it wasn’t very loud, especially after 10pm. We had no trouble sleeping and the beds were very comfortable. Also great to have air conditioning as the weather was very hot during our stay. "

"Great hotel in an amazing location. Room was great, very spacious, clean and good amenities. Quiet at night we slept great every night. Only slight issue would be that it took a while to get the shower to a good temperature."

"The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was much appreciated. The entrance was slightly hard to find as it requires passing through a bus parking area, but the location is convenient, with bus and tram stops about a 10-minute walk away. It was also convenient that a bus from airport stopped at a nearby bus stop. "
