"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Da vi kom var det præg af at være nyt og ikke færdigt. Men vi skulle bare overnatte, så skidt med at maskinerne med drikkevarer ikke var sat til/opfyldte endnu. Vi havde dog læst at morgenmad var tilgængeligt, men ved ankomst kunne vi læse at dette endnu ikke var muligt. Øv… Næste udfordring var at checke ind. Vi skulle have modtaget en kode 24 timer før, men det havde vi ikke. Hverken sms, mail eller spam. Telefontid var 8-16 på hverdage, så på en lørdag måtte vi sende sms og få hjælp til en...

"Had a great stay, very central location. Room was great and bedding felt really nice. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. No complaints, I rwcommend it and would definitely stay again"
