"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "It's going to be hard to find a better place to stay and eat on the Mosel than Hotel Zeltinger Hof. The property is somewhat peculiarly segmented and spread across several locations, which may at first seem disjointed and inconvenient (especially if it's pouring rain), but in the end it starts to make sense.
