"Happy welcoming staff . Quick check in and out . Clean , fresh room , great facilities in room, affordable and faultless . Also very quiet"

"Excellent location, nice rooms. Overall good value for money."

"Excellent front desk staff. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Coffee, water and other “necessities” were refilled daily (sounds obvious, but we haven’t had the same experience in many other Mercure hotels). The location of the hotel is a little off-centre, but an easy walk to all, and near a commercial centre for the shopaholics. We heard from other travellers staying at other Mercure hotels in Lyon in terms of cleanliness and room size and were glad we chose this one."

"The staff were very friendly, rooms are all good for a short stay has everything you need :)"
