There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. "I stayed there during my short Banglore visit, staff was kind, hotel was neat and clean, I like that it was spacious, 5 star amenities and floor was all marble and clean , you can find things in 4-5 star hotels, only thing is toilet faucet was leaking which I let staff know and they fixed it. I wish shampoo pouches were more as I have long hair. But overall nice experience being a woman solo traveler I felt safe there in hotel, mattress was comfortable I slept well. Price is also very moderate....
