"I felt itchy in my bed, it felt like bed bugs were all over me, the check in process was way too complicated and should be simplified other than that I would say it was a good stay, the shower had hot water and it was powerful, the staircase needs a really good clean and some more lighting on the staircase especially at the bottom, it feels old and needs to be modernised"

"Excellent hotel! Arrived quite early, before the check-in time, after a long flight, super nice welcoming by the hotel staff and got the room upon arrival. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The area around the hotel is close to the Kudamm attractions and stores but still very quiet. Great hotel, I will definitely stay again."
