"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "Location was fantastic -- just a couple of blocks from Ostkreutz, well connected to buses and UBahn/SBahn networks. Excellent food and drinks nearby, as well as supermarkets. They staff were very responsive and provided great suggestions. Price was good for Berlin, the room (studio) was spacious, as was the bathroom. Was also an easy commute from the airport. Would definitely stay again!"

"I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."
