"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "This was a great find! Easy walking distance from Alexanderplatz and Ostkreutz with grrat transport links (bus, tram, train, undeground). The whole property was spotless, no key or card to lose (it's all code and electronic pad entry), and it was really quiet despite being pretty central. "For anyone attending an event at the Estrel Centre, the Mercure Berlin Templehof is a great location as it's a 10 minute cab ride away. There is also a huge Supermarket just minutes away for snacks. The management and staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are comfortable and good value."
