My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil. I feel the room could have been in slightly better condition as some small things were broken or close to the end of their life such as the toilet brush and bin. I would have appreciated some small additions such as a chair...

The hotel servers breakfast from 8-10 am with a variety of cereal and baked goods and at night it is possible to purchase crepes and other dessert items there. The best thing about the hotel is the people that work there! They were incredibly helpful and came with tips for things to do and helped organize transportation/taxies. The hotel is also walking...

"Awesome place to stay! The staff here made our stay here memorable. So kind and over the top nice, accommodating, went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We stayed on the top floor, it was newly renovated with a new elevator, new jacuzzi, and modern rooms. Everything was so clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable, right in the middle of town with many beaches to walk to and unlimited food and shopping. "
