"Nice hotel to stay in central Prague."

"We had a suite with a pullout bed because our daughter was with us. It was a very spacious lovely room with 2 bathrooms. Good breakfast and great location."

"Reception has reduced hours but very effective and proactive communication. Theyr gave me all the information I needed, made sure everything was ok and checked on me periodically. Very very well situated. Clean."

"Beautifully decorated hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Fantastic stay at the W. The staff and service were great, as was the breakfast and the spa."

"The hotel is situated centrally in Prague with easy access to busses, trams, and metro. The staff there understand English, so, although there's no reception, things went smoothly. We had to phone management late one evening, and this was handled professionally. If I am to criticize a little bit, I'd have liked for the curtains to block out more light. However, I bought a sleep mask which did the job. Michael, Denmark"

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Amazing location and staff. Would visit again."

"Nice location and convenient stay"

"The apartment was gorgeous, it was very clean and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with equipment etc.. The apartment was warm and cosy with heating and lighting easy to control. One thing I feel could be improved on is the ability to contact someone other than AI chat bot if you needed anything. Even the WhatsApp number is automatically responded by virtual assistant. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay again"

"Wonderful space. Friendly staff. Perfect location."

"Wonderful place! No problem getting answers if we had questions. Very central, close to subway and tram and is in close to many main attractions and amazing shopping. Even though it is central it is very quiet at night. Good beds, big room. We recommend! We had some problems finding the apartment on the first day, because we were not aware of how central it was. When we found it the check in process was easy!"

"Beautiful hotel in super location between the Prague castle and Old Town. Included breakfast buffet was delicious."
