"Great location can walk straight into the nice side streets to start exploring. We hired a car and was busy area to navigate but was greeted with a member of staff who helped with bags and parked my car for me. Was a nice touch. When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.
Rooms and beds are new, and very comfortable. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay near Sultanamet if you want a more luxurious accomodations.
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.
Housekeeping was lovely and efficient!
Breakfast was amazing, hats off to the restaurateur/manager, lovely gentleman, very committed to...
We found Union Port Hotel perfect for our needs. We arrived Istanbul a day before boarding our cruise ship. This hotel is located walking distance to cruise port though recommend a cab as it would be difficult to pull luggage even the relatively short distance. Union Port is a small boutique hotel (and coffee shop) with an exceptionally friendly staff. We requested that they organize transportation from Istanbul airport to hotel for 4 persons and lots of luggage. No problem. Our flight was...
Such an amazing place to stay at Istambul. Safe, super friendly staff, good relation cost/benefit and walkable to Blue Mosque. I would surely recommend it to spend sometime in such an enigmatic city.
Receptionist was extremely helpful. I had actually inadvertently booked the wrong dates. They were able to make it right for me. Additionally they were able to make last minute spa and roof top dinner reservations. Great service overall!
I have been traveling for the past twenty seven years and this was my fourth trip to Istanbul. Hotel Divan is a classy hotel, close to metro, lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, good breakfast, beside the buffet guests can order other meals (Omelette, Egg Benedict, Veggie platters). The only problem that most guests don’t know that they can order other meals beside the buffet. The staffs were very helpful, professional and nice. I really recommend Divan to family,...
This little gem was such a pleasant stay! The front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging transport and suggesting things to do during the day, the breakfast was delicious and fantastic, and the kitchen ladies were so lovely and kind. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia were less than a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.
This location is right next to everything! We booked the city view room for our stay in Istanbul, and loved the views, location and hotel! The convenience of walking out the hotel, and being right next to all the sites was a win for us! Also the hotel is clean, friendly and has one the the best rooftop restaurants with amazing views of the city for breakfast and at night! Highly recommend and would stay again!
Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The junior suite was well decorated and comfortable.
We were made to feel like family and were always comfortable.
Hotel is in the heart of the old city, within walking distance or a tram ride from most popular tourist and religious sites.
