Just 3 min walking from both sea gate and river gate, hotel Hippocampus is manned by excellent friendly staffs. "Next door is a disco that plays loud music until 01:00. Extremely difficult to sleep. I would have chosen somewhere else. Check-in took about 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to show up. The breakfast is good and servers are very nice. The bed is good. The shower needs attention. Specifically the bar holding up the shower head and the shower curtain and curtain rod. The stairs are scary. Very narrow and minimal hand rails. "
