"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. "we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"

"Super hotel, highly recommend. Just in front of Seokchon lake where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom (April 1). Bit of a trek to the airport and central areas, but convenient for shopping and access to Gangnam. Worth it for the size of the room, pool and price point. "

"It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "
