"Staffs are friendly and room is good!"

"Had a wonderful day at this Hotel over the Easter weekend Abby from the front desk was fantastic!"

"Very modern hotel and comfortable. Great breakfast and good location "

"We could not expect anything better while staying at Ripplewood in Lijang, Yunnam, China. We were treated like part of their family. Every morning we had free breakfast and every time we were gaven Flower Cake, a famous local dissert cake made of flower paddles, after coming back from a tour in ancient cities. The unit we stayed is a loft, so my kids stayed at the loft and we stayed at the first floor, which gave us a planty of space. The bathroom is newly remodeled with an advanced toilet and...

"Wonderful room and staff. Beautiful property, "

"The rooms are very spacious for family of 4 and the owner's dog is so friendly and sweet! The location is quiet and away from bustling noise but yet near places of attraction, all within walkable distance."

"The staff was very helpful"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy!"

"Good location, free upgrade, helpful owner. Overall very satisfied for 2 nights stay. Close to old town yet public bus is nearby, Just a short uphill stairs from the main road. "

"风景优美， 气候宜人，真正体会到风花雪月，酒店服务周到热情, 体贴入微，宾至如归。"

"Very impressive. The hotel is located at the top of the Old town which gives a spectacular view of the mountains. The room is comfortable and the free minibar is also a plus. The staff were willing to help but couldn't communicate in English which is fine because WeChat can translate everything. The breakfast menu offers a variety of choices but the portions are quite small so we had to order many times and the wait was a bit long. Highly recommended."

"El personal es increiblemente atento y preocupado por nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estadia. Nos ayudaton a renovar los datos moviles de los celulares con mucho esmero y preocupacion, fue una tarea complicada para nosotros.Sin su ayuda no hubiera sido posible!! Tambien estaban alertas y se preocupados con las excursiones realizadas y las reservas de hoteles. La barrera idiomatica es importante en China!!... con ellos no hubo problemas ,hablan ingles. Muy recomendable! "

"The staff were amazingly helpful, especially at breakfast and hailing taxis. Hands down one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at, the greenery was insane. The rooms were spacious and homely. 10/10 stay."

"職員服務態度非常好👍幫我報名旅行團和房間方面有問題的所有事情"

"This hotel in my mind is average. Cleaness is average but definetly not as in the photos (the photos were possibly took when the rooms are new renovation). Fresh air? Don't expect fresh air, as many hotel guests or people nearby are smoking. Since this hotel is not entirely smoke-free, you'll have to settle for air tinged with the smell of cigarettes. For the location, it locates close to the north gate of Lijiang Ancient City and walking distance approximately 8-10 minutes. Quite a lot of...
